we’re keen on giving, so if you live in the united states we’re glad to ship for free, first-class through usps. and we know you want to wear your new accessories as soon as possible, so we’ll get it shipped to you in about 1-2 days. if you’re super eager and want it tomorrow, then email us here or dm on insta and we’ll chat it up.

for all our friends living outside the united states, we’re just going to pass right along the $15 usps charge for first-class international mail. that’s a small price to pay for the work of a foreign artisan! oh, we’ll also allow you to pay customs fees or taxes if such is needed.

RETURNS

nope. do you think picasso accepted returns? please be sure you love the piece before you decide to buy it! if you have a concern or question about a piece just ask.

you are, however, welcome to cancel your order if you happen to catch us before it’s shipped. as a punishment, we will keep the price of whatever transaction fees we incurred in the process.

we’re not monsters, though. we’ll take credit for our mistakes. any defects must be communicated on day of receipt and will be reviewed. please understand, though, the nature of handcrafted work. our pieces are not made from a finely tuned precision machine; they are crafted by tired hands. therefore, you may notice slight imperfections, which, to us, is a part of the art.

your beaded piece has a decent sense of memory, so be sure to store your earrings laying flat or hung up.

if they become wrinkled, simply lay the piece down and roll your fingers back and forth over the beads. if rolling fringe, work your way from top to bottom.

keep in mind your art is made of simple glass and string. don’t beat them up and expect it to survive.

BRACELETS

if your bracelet is made with leather, it’s genuine, so avoid contact with water as much as possible to limit weakening and wearing down of the piece.

store your bracelet in a dry place where it can keep its shape.
